Understanding the multiscale relationships between atomic and molecular structures, and chemical and physical properties, to
Designing and controlling large scale systems such as industrial process plants, biological systems and even whole ecosystems.

This world-class research tackling problems at the fundamental to the applied level, are supported with research funding of over $20m/year from competitive research grants and from industry.
